AI & Systems Lead / Director / VP
Consultants for Impact (CFI) is a nonprofit dedicated to helping consultants channel their skills and careers toward meaningful social impact. We're hiring an AI & Systems Lead to design and develop new systems, automations, and digital tools that will improve the quality, scalability, and user experience of our core programs.
In this role, you’ll spearhead new digital solutions to amplify CFI’s most impactful programs during a period of rapid growth. You’ll identify where technology can solve challenges or multiply results, and then source or develop new digital solutions to improve the scale and quality of our support to CFI’s members. You’ll also own the evolution of our CRM (Airtable) and broader tech stack, and build and implement AI-powered automations that support thousands of networking introductions and hiring rounds.
We’re looking for someone who is genuinely excited by technology and AI, understands how to deploy them responsibly in small growing organizations, and sees digital tools as a means to maximize impact rather than as an end in themselves. Ideal candidates will bring both technical depth and a user-focused mindset, with the ability to both assess the business case for a new digital solution and roll up your sleeves to build it.
If the AI & Systems Lead is successful, CFI will have a best-in-class digital infrastructure that enables us to serve many more consultants, run smarter programs, and make better data-driven decisions.
[Application Deadline: June 14th, 2026, at the end of the day (23:59) Anywhere on Earth(UTC-12:00). ]
