In our first four years, we've supported hundreds of consultants through some of the most meaningful career transitions of their lives. Now, backed by $5.9M in funding from Coefficient Giving, we're ready to scale that impact to reach thousands more.
We're looking for three exceptional people to help us get there: an Operations Director to build a best-in-class operations function from scratch, a Special Projects Lead to run programs and do 1:1 career advising, and an AI and Systems Lead to build the digital infrastructure that powers it all.
