Emerging tech policy in the US, from AI to biosecurity, is among the most impactful types of work available today. The Horizon Fellowship is a fully-funded opportunity to work in policy in Washington, D.C. In this two-year program, fellows receive policy-focused training, mentorship from senior leaders, introductions to potential host offices, a supportive peer network, and competitive financial support. Host offices for placements include the US National Security Commission, Department of Defense, Congressional offices, and more.
No PhD is required-applicants simply need to have demonstrated some form of experience in their focus area through projects, internships, research, or coursework.
